October 2026 – July 2027 | Approx. 2–4 hours per week | Voluntary

DOSE Fest is growing and we’re looking for a creative, enthusiastic person to help us tell the story.

Following the success of our inaugural festival, we’re building towards a bigger DOSE Fest in 2027 while growing the wider movement around happier, healthier and more connected communities.

As our Social Media & Content Creation Volunteer, you’ll work with the DOSE Fest team and alongside an experienced branding and marketing strategist to turn our content plans into engaging, creative communications.

What you’ll be doing

  • Creating regular social media posts, stories and short-form content

  • Turning our planned content calendar into engaging communications

  • Creating simple graphics and visual content using tools such as Canva

  • Helping showcase our activities, partners, people and the journey towards DOSE Fest 2027

  • Supporting event and campaign promotion throughout the year

  • Bringing your own creative ideas for new content, features and ways to engage our audience

  • Helping us build a consistent and recognisable DOSE Fest presence online

Who we're looking for

You might be a student, graduate, emerging creative or someone looking to build practical marketing experience.

You don't need an extensive CV. We're much more interested in someone who is creative, reliable, willing to learn and excited about what we're building.

An interest in social media, content creation, Canva, photography, video, marketing or storytelling would be brilliant.

What you'll gain

This is an opportunity to:

  • Build a portfolio of real, published work

  • Develop practical social media, marketing and content creation experience

  • Work alongside an experienced branding and marketing strategist

  • Have genuine creative input rather than simply being given tasks

  • Add meaningful experience to your CV

  • Be part of the team growing DOSE Fest from its inaugural event into something much bigger

And importantly, your work will be seen. You'll have the opportunity to help shape the public voice and creative presence of a growing community wellbeing movement.

Time commitment: Approximately 2–4 hours per week

Period: September 2026 – August 2027

Location: Predominantly remote, with opportunities to attend DOSE Fest activities and events

Position: Voluntary/unpaid. There may be opportunities for paid work in the future as the project grows and funding is secured.

Interested?

We'd love to hear a little about you, why you'd like to get involved and what you'd love to bring to DOSE Fest.
